The all-encompassing eService shell hosts a Mail Room and integrates with the Workflow Management module to route mail to the target desktop. It features shared Mailboxes, manual & automatic assignment of cases, full case history, alias-based email routing, managed email broadcasts and other eService enablement functionality.

A beta version of this product is currently available. He product is scheduled for a 4th Quarter launch in 2001.
