Vision, purpose and energy – that’s what Probal brings to the table, combined with over 20 years of extensive systems & software experience on an international scale and over 6 years of senior management experience in the United States. Prior to launching Artilligence in collaboration with his global partners, he built another I.T. professional services firm called AmeriSOURCE Consulting, Inc. into a well-respected name in the Northeast that rapidly grew to over 170 consultants in its first 3 years. Employees sometimes refer to him as "a CEO with a heart", because in the cut-throat war zone of Corporate America, his primary loyalty is always to his co-workers.

A believer in a borderless new economy, his business focus is truly global, assisted by the fact that he himself has lived and worked in 5 different countries. His longest tenure was with the ISPAT International Group, one of the largest steel producers in the world with its current headquarters in London, where he – over a 10-year period in the pre-SAP days – developed an end-to-end enterprise-wide ERP System.

Probal left ISPAT to pursue graduate studies in Applied Computer Science in the U.S. and worked as a senior consultant at major corporations like Fannie Mae, before becoming an entrepreneur.

When he is not at work, he is usually relaxing with his computer or with a book (no -- make that 2-3 computers and a room full of books). His special interest is Artificial Intelligence (hence the name "Artilligence"). He believes in the Future, loves his extended family of colleagues & associates, and has faith in Artilligence's ability to be a Fortune 100 company in his lifetime.
