CAREER DEVELOPMENT GROUP

Artilligence is deeply committed to career development and the Career Development Group (CDG) is a representative body that oversees the structuring and delivery of an effective career-development program.

The group also seeks to provide an informal interface between Management and Consultants so that neither loses sight of the other group’s priorities and concerns. There can be no consulting company without Consultants, and there can be no company with a Management. So these two entities must work in close partnership and address each others’ concerns in unison — from the same side of the table, rather than from opposite sides — because the actions of either group deeply affect the other. This is the simple philosophy on which the CDG is founded.

Comprised of members from Management as well as the Consultants, the CDG meets regularly to discuss various topics, but primarily to focus on Career Development issues.
